Return & Exchanges

30-day Return Window:
You can return items purchased from manjaras.com for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note, all returns must be approved before sending the item back to us.

Condition of Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (including any gifts).

Return Shipping Cost:
While we're happy to offer refunds or store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs and providing a tracking number as proof of return.

Refunds: 
Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will be calculated based on the promotional discount applied to the order. It may take 2-7 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: 
If you'd like to exchange an item, we offer store credit. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a personalized code for future use. Please note that all exchanges are final.

Gift Exchanges: 
Gifted items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards, however, are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

- Order Number
- Item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
- If you're exchanging a gift, please provide the customer’s full name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number.

If you're experiencing an issue with the product, let us know, and we’ll take a different approach to resolve the matter.
